A little about me.....

Thanks for stopping by my new site. The old site was getting tired so I moved to a blog format vs a "flashy" image site. So a little about me. I reside in Hamilton with my wife and children. Similar to you, we are a pretty busy family with lots of running around. Both our children are active in after school sports which you will see reflected in my photography.

I have been shooting for over 25 years, with a major focus in the last 5 years. I have a dual carerer. I am a Director of Marketing for a large consumer packaged goods company in Canada and I also have my photography business. Though you might not see the direct relation at first, there is one. The years of experience in the CPG industry has provided me with a extensive knowledge of product development and positioning in the retail world. I use this experience within my photography business as it allows me to choose products that fit todays style and have the appropriate costing. The product lines and the print options I provide are built on a simple guideline: Good:Better:Best.

You need to make sure your choices are aligned with your budget and your specific needs.

Well as noted in my bio, I have updated the look and functionality of my site. This site is actually two sites in one. There is a blog which has replaced the previous flashy site with rolling images. This site will contain more editorial information on my assigments. It also will be a place I would appreciate you bookmarking and subscribing too. When you subscribe you will receive my updates vs having to log in each time. The second side of the site is “The Store”. I invested in a complete online virtual store. This site will allow me to provide you with a online gallery of your sessions images and provide you with the control of what images you would like to purchase. You have full control of the simply colour selections and cropping capibilities. The end result is you have the ability to choose from a variety of print and presentation options and pay for all of this via a secured online billing system.
