A little about me.....

Thanks for stopping by my new site. The old site was getting tired so I moved to a blog format vs a "flashy" image site. So a little about me. I reside in Hamilton with my wife and children. Similar to you, we are a pretty busy family with lots of running around. Both our children are active in after school sports which you will see reflected in my photography. 

I have been shooting for over 25 years, with a major focus in the last 5 years. I have a dual carerer. I am a Director of Marketing for a large consumer packaged goods company in Canada and I also have my photography business. Though you might not see the direct relation at first, there is one. The years of experience in the CPG industry has provided me with a extensive knowledge of product development and positioning in the retail world. I use this experience within my photography business as it allows me to choose products that fit todays style and have the appropriate costing. The product lines and the print options I provide are built on a simple guideline: Good:Better:Best. 

You need to make sure your choices are aligned with your budget and your specific needs.

I also  am pleased to provide you a modern and simple on line system for proofing and ordering your prints and my services. I believe this is the most consumer friendly photography site in the area. Interactive shopping

With the advancement of wireless technology in todays world todays media companies are quickly adapting to using impact-full visual media with consumers. In Ontario, Metro grocery stores have released 45 mobile Recipe kiosks at 15 stores in the GTA. These wireless kiosks are like a interactive recipe book on steroids. Using a large LCD screen as the visual message to the consumer it invites you to use the chest level touch pad for a product knowledge of sponsoring brands. Similar a bank machine, within seconds you maneuver thru a series of screens that provide recipe idea’s. It prints out the selection recipe you have made below the screen with isle identification of where to pick the products up in store. Very cool.
